Besides, we have planned great welcome and farewell parties in Munich and Berlin!

Itinerary

Munich → Dortmund → Cologne → Berlin

Day 1. 8 July: Arrival to Munich & Welcome Party

Upon arriving in Munich, savor the convenience of a private transfer to your downtown hotel and complete the check-in process. The evening unfolds with leisure time for exploration. Take a delightful stroll through the city's vibrant neighborhoods, such as Schwabing and Glockenbachviertel. Dive into the rich cultural tapestry of Munich by visiting landmarks like Marienplatz, the Nymphenburg Palace, or the iconic English Garden. Immerse yourself in the lively ambiance of traditional beer gardens or explore the array of restaurants and cafes, ensuring an enchanting evening in Munich as part of your sightseeing adventure. In the evening, come together with your fellow travelers for an exceptional welcome dinner and party. It's time to celebrate, enjoy, and forge new lifelong friendships!

Day 2. 9 July: Discover Munich

After breakfast, set off for a guided tour around magnificent Munich, a city in which the ancient history of Europe and the technology of the future are intertwined. Visit the famous BMW Museum with 110 unique exhibits illustrating the history and development of the automobile giant. Afterwards, we head for a walk in the Olympic Park.

Day 2. 9 July: Munich - 1st Match Semi-Final: Spain vs France

In the evening, enjoy a group transfer to the Allianz Arena Munich to attend the first match of the 2024 Euro semi-final Spain vs France. After the game, transfer back to downtown and spend the night with your fellow travelers exploring the best bars in Munich and sampling various famous German beers.

Day 3. 10 July: Munich - Dortmund - Cologne, 2nd Match Semi-Final: Netherlands vs England

After breakfast, take a private transfer to the train station or airport, and then head to Dortmund to attend the second semi-final match Netherlands vs England at Signal Iduna Park. Transfer to our hotel in Cologne's downtown for check-in.

Day 4. 11 July: Cologne

This day will be devoted to new discoveries as you set off on a fascinating tour of Cologne. It is one of the oldest cities in Germany known for its joyous attitude and party spirit. At the root of this outlook are Cologne Carnival, kölsch beer and, of course, the cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, traditional old houses, boutique shops, galleries, multiple cafés, and restaurants.

Day 4. 11 July: Cologne

Soccer and beer has always been a perfect match, and we just have to discover one of the best brew houses in the city and try different Kölsch brands to find out why Germans love their Kölsch so much. Alternatively, ask us to arrange a tour to the greatest and most challenging circuit ever devised, Nürburgring and test drive famous cars.

Day 5. 12 July: Cologne - Berlin

After breakfast, take a transfer to the train station and board a train to Berlin; upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in the downtown. Evening free for leisure. Take a stroll through the trendy neighborhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes to explore, and the atmosphere is always lively and vibrant.

Day 6. 13 July: Berlin, Gastro Tour

You can explore Berlin endlessly. The centuries-long history of Germany and Europe is in the air here, and you can never get enough of it. Enjoy a fascinating city tour, which will quickly turn into a gastronomic feast - the Berlin Gastro Tour as the city is one of Europe’s most exciting foodie destinations. In the evening gather with your new friends on our farewell party.

Day 7. 14 July: Berlin, Pre-Game Party

Enhance your 2024 Euro Final Game experience with an exclusive pre-game party in the heart of Berlin! Day 7. 14 July: Berlin, Final

At appropriate time, take a group transfer to Olympiastadion Berlin. Built for the 1936 Olympic Games, the home of Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin once had a capacity of 100,000! With your fellow travelers, experience a grand celebration that crowns your unforgettable trip, see the most spectacular sporting event on the planet. After the game, transfer to the downtown to enjoy night out in Berlin.

Day 8. 15 July: Departure

A football tour with so much more I have just completed a great tour with World of Discoveries in Germany and Austria. The main aim of the trip was for my husband to watch Scotland play in the Euros football championship. However, this trip was about so much more than just the football. Of course, the WOFDI team organized great hotels and tickets for Bill to join the crazy Tartan Army and watch its team in Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart. But, the highlights for me were visits to mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle Neuschwanstein in Bavaria; the James Bond Elements museum, perched 3000m high up in the Austrian Alps; a stay at the incredible Aqua Dome resort in the Austrian Tyrol; and a superb wine tasting evening with a great group of travelers at Schloss Lieser hotel on the Moselle River. They did an amazing job finding the best hotel places especially the Museum Hotel that was connected to the QT. Loved that we could do laundry since we were traveling for 2 weeks. The selection of itinerary was spot on and had so many wide arrangement for all to participate. The Hobbiton was surprisingly my favorite and definitely need to go. Our tour guide Micheal was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through your our trip.
