Tawango Pty Ltd (ABN 39 616 347 150), brand name WOFDI, trading as World of Discoveries, 526/368 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia ("we", "us"). IATA #96861903, i.s.t.a.a. member. We are an independent travel company and are not affiliated with any event organiser, governing body or official hospitality provider, unless specifically stated on the event page.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made through our website, by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed once we issue an invoice and receive your deposit. The services provided are those stated in your invoice. By paying the deposit, the lead booker confirms that they are 18 or over, have authority to accept these Terms for all travellers on the booking, accept financial responsibility for the whole booking, and agree to our Privacy Policy.
3. Payments
Payment schedules are stated on each tour page and in your invoice; the invoice prevails. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Card payments may be subject to a processing fee of up to 3%, depending on the event. The sender pays all bank charges, including intermediary bank fees. Bookings made after the final payment date require full payment. If a payment is not received by its due date, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges in section 5. For high-risk or high-value card payments we may require a signed card authorisation form, a copy of the cardholder's ID and a masked copy of the card; if these are not provided, the transaction may be cancelled.

5. Cancellations by you
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Once the second payment is due, cancellation charges are 100% of all amounts paid and due. Charges of third parties (flights, hotels, tickets) that are not recoverable remain payable in all cases. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical and emergency evacuation.
6. Team qualification and results
For Follow Your Team packages, if your national team does not qualify for the tournament, we refund the amounts paid. Once your team has qualified, if it is eliminated during the tournament or does not play in the matches you expected, your package goes ahead as booked and is not refundable. All other packages are for the event, not for a specific team or match outcome.
7. Tickets
Our ticket concierge service is usually provided as part of a travel package. Seating categories, their boundaries and seat allocation are set solely by the event organiser, and we are not responsible for them. Exact seats are known only when issued by the organiser. Tickets are digital and are subject to the organiser's terms, entry and security rules. Event organisers may set their own rules and conditions for the transfer and delivery of tickets, including timing and method, and these apply to your booking. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misused tickets once delivered, or for changes to the event schedule, venue or format made by the organiser.
8. Cancellation by us, changes and force majeure
If we cancel your tour for reasons within our control, we refund all amounts paid. We may make minor changes to hotels, excursions or itineraries, replacing them with equivalent or higher-standard services. If an event is cancelled, postponed, moved or held behind closed doors because of force majeure or a decision of the organiser or authorities, we refund only the amounts we can recover from suppliers or organisers. Force majeure includes acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, government action or travel advisories, natural disasters, transport or utility disruption, and any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
9. Prices
Prices shown on our website are subject to availability until your booking is confirmed. Once we confirm your booking and receive your deposit, the price stated in your invoice is guaranteed.
10. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry authorisations, vaccinations and travel insurance. We are not responsible for denied visas or entry, or for services not used for these reasons.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or expense caused by airlines, hotels, transport companies, event organisers or other third-party suppliers, or by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence, or under the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot be excluded.
12. Photos
We may use photos and videos taken by our guides and staff during tours on our website and social media. We claim no rights in photos taken by travellers.
13. Communications
By submitting your contact details or making a booking, you agree to be contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry and booking, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out.
14. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident outside Australia, including in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, including any rights under the EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 or the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 where they apply, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us at team@wofdi.com; we will acknowledge it within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
