Accommodation
Across eight cities, we've handpicked Brazil's finest hotels for every stop on your journey. In Rio de Janeiro, the legendary Belmond Copacabana Palace — where Princess Diana, Freddie Mercury and Brigitte Bardot have all signed the Golden Book — or the sleek contemporary Fairmont Copacabana. In São Paulo, the award-winning Rosewood in the Cidade Matarazzo complex — Best Hotel in South America two years running — or the discreet brilliance of Hotel Fasano. In Salvador, the Fasano overlooking the Bay of All Saints or the Fera Palace steps from the historic Lacerda Elevator. In Brasília, the Royal Tulip Alvorada on the shores of Paranoá Lake or the Windsor on the Eixo Monumental. In Belo Horizonte, the Fasano in the Lourdes district or the Ouro Minas Grand Hotel. In Fortaleza, the Gran Marquise above Meireles beach or the Luzeiros on the waterfront. In Recife, the Atlante Plaza or the Grand Mercure beachfront on Boa Viagem. In Porto Alegre, the Sheraton with panoramic city views or the DoubleTree on the shores of Lake Guaíba. Every property is chosen for location, prestige and the quality of its service. Nothing less will do.
Transportation
Your package includes private transfers throughout — no shared coaches, no waiting. Private airport pickups and hotel drop-offs in every city. Flights between host cities booked and managed for you. And on match days, a dedicated private transfer takes you directly to the stadium and back, door to door. From the moment you land in Brazil to the moment you depart, every journey is taken care of.
Safe Travel
Your safety is handled before you arrive. Every hotel in this package sits in a secure, well-connected neighbourhood. Every transfer is private — no public transport, no unfamiliar situations. Our team is on the ground in each city, and 24/7 support is available from the moment you land to the moment you fly home. Brazil is extraordinary — and with the right people behind you, you experience all of it with complete peace of mind.
Sightseeing adventures
Brazil is one of the most extraordinary destinations on earth — and we've designed experiences worthy of it. A private helicopter flight over Rio's bay and the Maracanã at sunset. A guided architectural tour of Oscar Niemeyer's Brasília with a local expert who knows every building and its story. A private boat trip off the coast of Salvador to the island of Itaparica. A chef's table dinner in São Paulo's Vila Madelena. Our sightseeing experiences go far beyond the standard — exclusive access, expert local guides, and moments that cannot be arranged off the shelf.
Dining & Restaurants
Brazil's food scene has quietly become one of the finest in the world — and across eight host cities, we'll make sure you experience the very best of it. Private reservations on Copacabana Beach in Rio. São Paulo's legendary fine-dining corridor — one of the most exciting restaurant cities in the Southern Hemisphere. Fresh moqueca and acarajé by the waterfront in Salvador. South Brazilian churrasco with premium wine pairings in Porto Alegre. Every meal is curated to match the extraordinary nature of your journey.
Pre and post tour planning available
Brazil is a continent, not just a destination. Before or after the tournament, our travel concierge team will build a fully customised extension tailored entirely to your interests and your pace. The Amazon. Iguazu Falls. The pristine beaches of Fernando de Noronha — one of the world's most exclusive island destinations, just off the coast of Recife. Or cross the border: Argentina, Uruguay, Peru's Machu Picchu. Just tell us where your imagination takes you.
Airfares
International flights to Brazil book up early — particularly around major sporting events. Your personal manager will monitor availability and pricing from the moment you book, notify you as soon as the best options are released, and ensure your flights fit seamlessly into your itinerary. From departure to arrival, we have it covered.
Belo Horizonte — Hotel Fasano
Brazil's most celebrated hospitality brand makes its Belo Horizonte debut in the elegant Lourdes district — steps from Afonso Pena Avenue and the city's finest restaurants. The pool, the spa, and the Fasano restaurant's trademark Italian cuisine set the standard. A helipad on the roof serves those who prefer to arrive directly.
Belo Horizonte — Ouro Minas Hotel, Dolce by Wyndham
Belo Horizonte's most established luxury address: 395 rooms, indoor pool, full spa, and a culinary programme rooted in Mineiro tradition — slow-cooked feijão tropeiro, artisanal queijo Canastra, and cachaça from the Zona da Mata. The Mineirão is nearby, and the Inhotim contemporary art museum — one of the largest open-air art collections in the world — is within easy reach.
Brasilia — Royal Tulip Brasília Alvorada
Directly on the shores of Paranoá Lake, with views of the Presidential Palace and Oscar Niemeyer's masterworks across the water. The preferred address of diplomats and visiting heads of state for decades. Niemeyer's Cathedral, the National Congress, and the Palácio da Alvorada are minutes away — a morning walk that feels less like sightseeing and more like moving through a living sculpture park.
Brasilia — Windsor Brasília Hotel
In the heart of the Eixo Monumental — the grand ceremonial axis that Niemeyer designed as the spine of the new capital — the Windsor offers 304 rooms, multiple restaurants, and a rooftop pool. The Palácio Itamaraty, the Supreme Court, and the National Museum are within minutes. The address of ambassadors, ministers, and international delegations passing through the capital daily.
Fortaleza — Gran Marquise Hotel
Perched above Meireles beach with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic — 300 days of sunshine a year, and the finest sunsets in Brazil's northeast. The Gran Marquise is the defining luxury address of Fortaleza, the preferred choice of presidents, artists, and visiting dignitaries for decades. The Coqueirão restaurant and rooftop pool are the finest vantage points in the city.
Fortaleza — Hotel Luzeiros Fortaleza
A boutique luxury alternative on Meireles — intimate in scale, meticulous in service. Oceanfront suites with direct Atlantic views, a spa drawing on Afro-Brazilian healing traditions, and a restaurant focused on the extraordinary seafood of the Ceará coast: fresh lobster, shrimp, and fish pulled from the warm Atlantic just offshore.
Porto Alegre — Sheraton Porto Alegre
Porto Alegre's most renowned luxury address in the Moinhos de Vento district — one of the safest and most elegant neighbourhoods in Brazil. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the 22nd floor deliver panoramic views of the city and Lake Guaíba, whose sunsets locals insist are the most beautiful in the world. Full spa, indoor pool, and the city's finest restaurants within walking distance.
Porto Alegre — DoubleTree by Hilton Porto Alegre
The only hotel built directly on the Guaíba waterfront — a unique position in the city, with the lake and its legendary sunsets just outside your window. The outdoor pool faces the water. The Beira-Rio stadium, host venue for the 2027 tournament, is just across the river. For those who want the most distinctive location in Porto Alegre, this is it.
Recife — Hotel Atlante Plaza
Boa Viagem's most established luxury address — a full-service five-star hotel with rooftop pool, sea views, and a location that puts the beach directly below and the Arena Pernambuco within comfortable reach. For those who want the intimacy of a long-established property with genuine local character, this is Recife's most authentic luxury choice.
Recife — Grand Mercure Recife Boa Viagem
Beachfront on Boa Viagem — the warm Atlantic right outside, an outdoor pool with ocean views, and the city's most elegant waterfront promenade at your door. Fernando de Noronha, the UNESCO-protected archipelago considered one of the world's finest dive destinations, is 90 minutes away by air: the natural pre- or post-tournament extension for those who want to push the journey further.
Rio De Janeiro — Belmond Copacabana Palace
Opened in 1923 to mark Brazil's centennial of independence, designed by French architect Joseph Gire after the grand hotels of the Riviera. The Golden Book holds the signatures of Princess Diana, Freddie Mercury, Brigitte Bardot, Walt Disney, Marlene Dietrich, Pavarotti, and Paul McCartney. In 1985, Freddie Mercury arrived by helicopter for the first Rock in Rio, performed to 250,000 people, and returned to the Copa while fans lit 1,500 candles on the beach. Your suite faces the beach. The 2027 Women's World Cup Final is at the Maracana, fifteen minutes away.
Rio De Janeiro — Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana
If the Belmond is old-world grandeur, the Fairmont is Rio at its most contemporary. Freshly renovated and rising 37 floors above Avenida Atlântica, with views of Sugarloaf Mountain and the Atlantic stretching to the horizon. The rooftop pool, the spa, and the service standard place it firmly among the great hotels of South America. For those who want the full Copacabana experience with a more modern sensibility, this is the address.
Salvador — Hotel Fasano Salvador
A landmark Art Deco building on Castro Alves Square — listed by Brazil's Institute of Cultural and Artistic Heritage — overlooking the Bay of All Saints, the same bay the Portuguese first entered in 1501. The Fasano group's signature Italian restaurant, a rooftop pool with panoramic water views, and a spa by holistic therapist Fabrícia Nogueira, one of Brazil's most respected wellness practitioners. The Pelourinho and the São Francisco Church — one of the most lavishly gilded Baroque interiors in the Americas — are at your feet.
Salvador — Fera Palace Hotel
Steps from the historic Lacerda Elevator — the Art Deco funicular that connects Salvador's upper and lower cities — the Fera Palace is the city's most elegant boutique address. The infinity pool overlooks the Bay of All Saints. Modern, spacious rooms with genuine local character. The Fera Lounge is one of Salvador's most refined bars, and the location puts the Mercado Modelo and the Pelourinho within walking distance.
São Paulo — Rosewood São Paulo
Named Best Hotel in South America two years running by the World's 50 Best Hotels (2023 and 2024). Opened in 2022 in the Cidade Matarazzo complex — a collection of early 20th-century buildings that once housed the empire of Francesco Matarazzo, the Italian industrialist who arrived in Brazil penniless and became the richest man in South America. The former maternity hospital where 500,000 Paulistanos were born has been transformed into 180 rooms and suites of extraordinary refinement. A Jean Nouvel tower wrapped in vertical gardens rises alongside it. The penthouse suite has its own rooftop infinity pool. Nothing in South America quite matches it.
São Paulo — Hotel Fasano São Paulo
Before Rosewood arrived, Fasano was São Paulo's undisputed finest — and it remains the city's most discreet and sophisticated address. Designed by Isay Weinfeld and Márcio Kogan: English brick, Italian travertine marble, dark freijó wood throughout. The Nonno Ruggero restaurant with its herb garden terrace serves some of the finest Italian food in Brazil. The jazz bar is a São Paulo institution. A helipad on the roof. When Bruno Mars stayed here on his São Paulo residency, fans gathered outside for days.

Travel Your Way
For our luxury packages, we keep group sizes deliberately small — an intimate circle of like-minded travellers who share a passion for football and a taste for the finer things. No crowded coaches, no compromise on experience. If you're travelling solo, we'll match you with a fellow guest whose travel style mirrors yours.
Prefer complete privacy? Our fully private option is available for couples or small groups who want the entire experience to themselves — your own schedule, your own transfers, your own pace. The same hotels, the same seats, the same service standard. Just the two of you.
We're not only about football
Brazil rewards those who go deeper. Between matches, our local experts take you beyond the obvious — into the neighbourhoods, kitchens, and cultural spaces that most visitors never find. A private architectural tour of Niemeyer's Brasília. A chef's table dinner in São Paulo. A boat trip off the coast of Salvador to the island of Itaparica. A helicopter flight over Rio at sunset. Every experience is arranged exclusively for you, with guides who know their city intimately and understand exactly what a discerning traveller expects.
Experience-based travel
We are experts in football events and travel. We brought 6,000+ football from USA and Canada, Australia and New Zealand, UK, Mexico and Argentina, Spain and Croatia, Malaysia and Thailand and many other countries from Asia, Europe, Latin America and Pacific to the Women's World Cup in 2023, World Cup in 2018 and 2022, 2024 and 2026, EURO and Champions League.
