It has seen numerous royal coronations, including that of King Charles VII, and today is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A visit to this magnificent cathedral is a must-do for anyone visiting the Champagne region. In the evening you will witness a unique light show when the walls of Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral come to life before your eyes and the sky lights up with colorful fireworks. 29 July | Day 5: Paris Sights tour of your choice
If this is your first time visiting Paris, you should probably spend some time at the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Louvre, and the famous Eiffel Tower. The Louvre is home to the "Mona Lisa." History
The Musée des Arts Forains settled in 1996 in an ancient wine storage facility in Bercy, the “Chais Lheureux”. In the 19th century, the Bercy neighborhood was known as a festive area. The Joyeux-Bercy, which was at the time beyond the borders of Paris, benefited from the privilege of tax removal on wine. Naturally, “guinguettes” were established there, along with the main wine traders. Wine was thus actively sold and drunk. Now called Pavillons de Bercy, the site brings back to life past festivities by being a lively place full of memories of the most traditional performing arts. As soon as you step into the Pavillons de Bercy, you will forget everything that belongs to your daily life.

Champagne is one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world. It is here that they create the benchmark sparkling wines, Here you will find beautiful vineyards, medieval towns and castles, and, of course, lots of great bars and cellars to taste the best of the best: Veuve Clicquot, Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon, MUMM, Cristal to name a few and enjoy countless bubbles in every glass. You will get to try Sabrage, a tradition which dates back to the time of French generals and Napoleon's hussars. Reims Cathedral
Once in Reims, you can't miss a visit to its famous cathedral. Reims Cathedral is one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals in France, coronation place of French kings and witness to the most important events of European history. It is especially famous for the mind-boggling number of statues adorning its walls: 2,303! In fact, it's the only religious building in the world with so many statues. One of them is especially famous: the Smiling Angel, the emblem of Reims.

We have just attended the Opening of Euro Cup 2024 in Munich and WofDi has given us a blast! Opted for an organized trip due to limited time we could spend in Germany and wanted to have it all arranged for us – accommodation, game tickets, transportation. A football tour with so much more I have just completed a great tour with World of Discoveries in Germany and Austria. The main aim of the trip was for my husband to watch Scotland play in the Euros football championship. However, this trip was about so much more than just the football. Of course, the WOFDI team organized great hotels and tickets for Bill to join the crazy Tartan Army and watch its team in Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart. But, the highlights for me were visits to mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle Neuschwanstein in Bavaria; the James Bond Elements museum, perched 3000m high up in the Austrian Alps; a stay at the incredible Aqua Dome resort in the Austrian Tyrol; and a superb wine tasting evening with a great group of travelers at Schloss Lieser hotel on the Moselle River. What a trip, what an experience.
