13 JulDay 1: Arrival in LA & Welcome PartyTravel

The moment you land, everything is already in motion. A private transfer is waiting to take you straight to your hotel, giving you space to settle in and recover from the journey. That evening, meet your fellow travellers at the Signature Welcome Party — an open bar and easy conversation, the first taste of the eight days ahead.

14 JulDay 2: The Opening CeremonyEvent

The Games Flame returns to Los Angeles for the first time since 1984, lighting up the 2028 Stadium in Inglewood — known until now as SoFi Stadium, and already the stage for a Super Bowl and a College Football Playoff National Championship — as the Games, and your week, officially begin.

15 JulDay 3: Orange County Wine TourExcursion

After the excitement of the Opening Ceremony, today brings a gentler pace. A group transfer takes you south to Orange County for an unhurried afternoon of wine tasting in the company of your fellow travellers. It's the perfect setting to relax, share your favourite moments from the night before and toast the days still to come.

16 JulDay 4: Artistic GymnasticsEvent

Today, the choice is yours. After yesterday's slower pace in Orange County, it's back into the Games — head to DTLA Arena for Artistic Gymnastics, Women's Qualification, and pick the session that works for you: 15:05 or 18:15. Either way, expect a close look at the routines and scoring that make gymnastics one of the most closely watched sports at the Games.

17 JulDay 5: Beach VolleyballEvent

Spend the day at your own pace, then head to the coast as the sun goes down. A group transfer brings you and the rest of the group to Alamitos Beach Stadium in Long Beach, with no driving or parking to worry about. Once the floodlights come on, enjoy an evening of world-class Beach Volleyball beside the Pacific: three Preliminary matches, Men's and/or Women's. A light jacket is worth bringing, as the ocean breeze can make the evening feel cool.

18 JulDay 6: Your Day, Your ChoiceFree day

Today is yours to plan as you wish. You might attend Track & Field at the LA Memorial Coliseum, where several finals take place that evening, or the women's Artistic Gymnastics team final. Diving, 3x3 Basketball, Volleyball and more are also on the schedule. Your personal travel manager will be happy to advise on sessions and assist with the ticketing process.

19 JulDay 7: BaseballEvent

Baseball returns to the Games for the first time since Tokyo, and tonight the gold medal is decided at Dodger Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Dodgers since 1962. Set in the hills of Chavez Ravine, with views across the city toward the San Gabriel Mountains, it is one of the most beloved ballparks in America. The game begins in the early evening, so you can take in the sunset over Los Angeles before the stadium lights come on. Share the atmosphere with your group as the new champions are crowned in the sport's spiritual home on the West Coast.
