13 June - Day 1: Arrival in Munich
Upon arrival in Munich, take your private transfer to a hotel in the downtown area and check in. If you arrive during the daytime, there is a time to spend a nice evening at the Hofbräuhaus beer hall. With a history dating back to 1589, the Hofbräuhaus has become Munich's most popular beer hall and one of the most famous taverns in the world. Legend has it Wilhelm V, Duke of Bavaria, found the beer in Munich so bad that he commissioned his own state brewery. Enjoy traditional folk music and dances alongside fresh Hofbräu beer and Bavarian cuisine á la carte. Welcome to Bavaria, welcome to Germany.
14 June - Day 2: Weihenstephan Brewery and 1st match
Today, we find ourselves enveloped in the enchantment of a truly exceptional Welcome Party, unlike any other. After a delicious breakfast in your hotel, take a transfer to Weihenstephan Brewery, Freising, which is located at the Abbey and happens to be the world's oldest continuously operating brewery. It has been serving Bavarians with the finest beers since at least 1040. This is what we call “traditions”. Give rein to a festive mood with your fellow travelers as we taste famous specialties and drinks. At the appropriate time, transfer back to Munich, the opening match ceremony (Group A, Germany vs …) starts at 21:00.
15 June - Day 3: Neuschwanstein castle
Breakfast and check out. We head south to one of Germany’s top attractions and cultural icons, Neuschwanstein castle (138 km). Take Instagram-photos at this stunning castle surrounded by magnificent Bavarian Alps as we discover its secrets during a guided tour. Time for lunch in a local restaurant “ALPENROSE AM SEE” on the lake Alpsee with the Neuschwanstein view, and we continue our way south to Austria’s Tyrol.
15 June - Day 3: Alpine thermal springs resort
Solden is Austria’s only area to have three peaks higher than three thousand meters with spectacular viewing platforms. On top of that, it has a true hidden gem, a thermal springs resort Aqua Dome with an astonishing 22,000 m² of indoor and outdoor SPA, which delivers top-class Alpine experience. Be it a pool bar, a SPA bar, a Tyrol cuisine restaurant, you will have a wide range of choices that promise pure enjoyment while you enjoy breathtaking views. Enjoy the spa of the AquaDom during the 3 hrs pass. (evening pass and day pass for the next day).
16 June - Day 4: James Bond
For adventurous travelers and James Bond loyal fans, we have something good coming today. Filming “Spectre”, the producers were looking for a location to top “Skyfall”, and there is no wonder why Solden was chosen as the setting for shooting action-packed mountain scenes for the 24th Bond saga. No doubts you will recognize these episodes. We take you up to the mountains to see the world-first cinematic installation at 3,050 meters above sea level right at the top of Gaislachkogl Mountain.
16 June - Day 4: James Bond
This new James Bond museum experience is a spectacular, sleek, thrilling underground adventure that is bringing a new lease of life to his cinematic persona. 007 ELEMENTS guides visitors on a journey through a series of high-tech, interactive galleries, each distilling the craft of the signature elements that define a James Bond film — the beautiful title sequences and dramatic scores; the jaw-dropping action sequences; the cars, gadgets and technology; the breath-taking locations and iconic studio sets and lastly, a host of compelling characters. As an option you can go hiking in the Alps and explore some of the highest mountains in Europe.
17 June - Day 5: Solden - Stuttgart, Porsche museum
Check out from the hotel and transfer from Solden to Stuttgart (322 km). Stuttgart is the home of two iconic German car brands, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche. We shall visit a very interactive Porsche museum. It includes more than 80 race cars on display, including the iconic “Pink Pig” (also known as ‘Big Berta’ and ‘Truffle Hunter’) which was the fastest car during the pre-race qualification session at Le Mans in 1971 despite its rather hefty design. Overnight in Stuttgart.
18 June - Day 6: Geierlay Bridge
Start the day with a good German breakfast and embark on a journey through off-the beaten path gems or rural Germany. First, we travel to Geierlay Bridge, which is Germany's most beautiful and the 2nd longest suspension bridge (360 meters length at a height of 100 meters).
18 June - Day 6: Wine cruise
After taking some adrenaline on the bridge you will embark on the ship Stella Noviomagi. During 10 km river cruise on an authentic boat you will see Moselle vineyards which are 2000-years old viticultural landscape rising about 300m above the river and hosting world-famous wine sites as “Trittenheimer Apotheke” and “Piesporter Goldtröpfchen”. Visit one of the famous local wine taverns for a lunch and wine-tasting directly from the winegrower.
18 June - Day 6: Castle Lieser
On our way to Lieser Castle, we will make a photo stop at Moselschleife, which is on German Post Office stamps. The Bremmer Calmont is the steepest vineyard site in Europe with a height of 378 meters and a gradient of 65 degrees. Arrive late evening when the castle is especially beautiful with the lighting.
18 June - Day 6: Castle Lieser Wine Cellar
Enjoy wine tasting (with fingerfood) in the castle's wine cellar. Local restaurant offers authentic gastronomic journey, Spa & Wellness area includes a fitness, indoor pool, sauna as well as various treatment rooms in order to get the perfect relaxed feeling you deserve after such a big day.
19 June - Day 7: Lieser - Cologne, 2nd match
It's time to bid adieu to the cozy Lieser hotel as you embark on a group transfer to Cologne. After checking in at the hotel, you'll have some free time to explore the city and soak up its vibrant energy before the big game. Brace yourself for an electrifying atmosphere as you witness the clash of the titans (A2 vs A4) at 2024 Euro. Are you ready for an unforgettable experience?
20 June - Day 8: Nürburgring F1 Track & Test Drive
After breakfast, transfer to the Nürburgring, the world-famous F1 racetrack and the fastest toll road in the world. Take a one-and-a-half-hour Backstage-Tour to experience 90 years of motorsport history and get behind the scenes of the most legendary racetrack in the world. Enjoy high-speed driving on a racetrack and drive a full lap like a Formula 1 driver with expert instruction included. Then, take the Formula 1 Track Backstage Tour to explore the pit lane, media center, and drivers’ paddock. The highlight of the tour is the exclusive view over the Grand Prix Track from the pit building's roof. Finally, become a Nürburgring insider before driving back to Cologne.
21 June - Day 9: Cologne - Berlin, 3rd match
Check out from the hotel and transfer to a train station to go to Berlin (5 hrs ride). After checking in at your hotel, we'll whisk you away to the Olympia Stadium, the largest stadium in Germany, to catch a highly-anticipated Group D match. From the electrifying atmosphere to the roaring crowds, this experience is sure to be a highlight of your trip. 22 June - Day 10: Berlin, day at leasure, farewell party
Spend a day at leisure in Berlin and visit some of its numerous attractions which appeal to you most. In the evening, we invite you to a farewell party to a legendary varieté show at the Wintergarten Berlin. Enjoy exquisite German and international wines and meals and bid your farewells to the fellow travelers.

Stella Noviomagi wine cruise
A wine journey on the Stella Noviomagi, the Roman wine ship from Neumagen-Dhron. The replica of the Roman wine ship has been one of the attractions of Neumagen-Dhron since 2007. It was reconstructed by the local community after the tomb of a Roman wine merchant discovered in Neumagen in 1878. The cruise is organized by the winery of the Mosel region exclusively for World of Discovery guests and includes wine tasting ("Enjoyment on the river") with delicious finger food. You will get to know different grape varieties, interesting and historical facts about the place Neumagen-Dhron and its wine, served on this trip.This gives you the opportunity to admire the landscape and steep slopes of the Middle Moselle from the water on board. Trip of a Lifetime that exceeded my expectations I have just completed a 2 week, 5 city, 6 game tour of the Euro 2024 in Germany. World of Discoveries discussed my idea and goals of this trip in advance with me and developed an end-to-end vacation for me that was a trip of a lifetime! All I had to do was get to Germany. After that I simply followed the provided detailed itinerary. The pre-booked hotels were well-chosen, the intercity trains worked perfectly, and the game tickets that World of Discovery procured for me were absolutely spectacular. There is no way that I could have acquired these tickets on my own, especially coming from North America. German citizens were only able to acquire tickets to these games via a lottery. We met people who simply could not get tickets and we met others who maybe had one in their home city. We went to 6 games of the teams we were interested in and World of Discoveries basically put us next to the pitch for every game. Better than I ever expected. There were no surprises. Once a train we were expected to take was cancelled by Deutche Bahn. WOD, a day in advance, alerted me to this fact, before I even knew, and provided me with new tickets and a revised itinerary. Gulina, Sofia, and Alex all had a role in making my trip an amazing experience. If I had any concerns about ticket delivery they responded instantly, every time. I will turn to this company every time I have a trip of serious magnitude, especially one that requires country specific knowledge, internal contacts, and complex travel.

Eurocup 2024 Germany - Finals & Semi-finals Excellent trip for our family of four (with two young boys - 12 and 14) to watch the two semifinals and finals of Eurocup 2024 in Munich, Dortmund, Cologne, and Berlin.
