Third trip we've done with World of Discoveries now, and every time they somehow outdo the last one. My wife and I got upgraded to a suite at Le Meurice without even asking, just a surprise waiting for us at check-in, she nearly fell over. We went over for the opening ceremony and honestly, World of Discoveries made the whole thing feel effortless. They sorted our tickets, hotel and transfers, and everything just worked. My husband and I are in our late fifties and it isn't always easy for us to organise a trip like this, but she talked us through every step. The ceremony itself was something else — the lights, the performances, the whole city seemed to be part of it, and we had a perfect view from our seats the entire night. Watching it live is something we'll never forget. Can't recommend them enough.

Booked our trip to the Paris 2024 Olympics with World of Discoveries and have been exceptionally pleased with the experience and customer service. WOD created a a customized pre-trip excursion to Normandy for tours of the D-Day Beaches and Mont St Michel, as well as a week-long stay in Paris for the games, and drivers/transportation arranged for all our transfers. When our original hotel was bought out by one of the Olympics delegations, WOD seamlessly booked us at another (upgraded) location with no issues. Communication was easy and effective by email, and our in-country representatives during the games were proactively in touch regarding transfer information or to help answer questions. I had not used WOD prior to this experience, but will definitely do so for our next big adventure!
