We had some issues with our entry authorization, and the agency supported us the entire time, making sure we could enter the stadium. Our manager was incredibly kind and very responsible, always ready to help us at any moment.

World of Discoveries went above and beyond on the World Cup tour, aside from the tour in Qatar they helped us and manage the logistics to get small 2-3 day tours to Egypt and Jordan in a marathon but memorable 16 days trip. We got to be in 2 of the 5 wonders of the world (Egyptian Pyramids & Petra; among other places) Everything they promised they delivered and always check on each and everyone on our group of 7. Helen from Spain did all the paper work and signed us up and the the land crew that greeted us in Doha were just perfect! Very well recommended and for the next World Cup and the Olympics they will be our go to people for the planning for a great experience such as Qatar 2022. Well done Wofdi!! Do not hesitate to book, World of Discoveries comes through! This was my very first time using a travel agency to book any sort of trip. And this being not just any ordinary trip, but a World Cup experience, I was a bit hesitant. Many doubts on my mind. Would they come through with the match tickets, airline tickets, transfers, booking of hotels, will there someone there available for the hotel transfers or just to answer a question I have at anytime during the trip? World of Discoveries came through like CHAMPS! All my airline tickets, match tickets and hotel reservations were taken care of. There was always someone at the airport or hotel ready to greet me for transfers. There was always more than one person available via telephone or a text message away. They really did an excellent job at organizing everything. It was a worry-free experience with them. Special shout-out to Irena who was our manager based in Dubai. I can't wait for Qatar with World of Discoveries. I went to the Russia World Cup with them in 2018 and loved it. It was really well planned with all the transfers and tickets and our tour guides were fantastic, they went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time which isn't always easy with so many people and different nationalities, but the social events, sightseeing and activities were so much fun.
