Alex Walker — England - 2024 Euro

“World of Discoveries organised my whole trip to Euro 24. From opening game in Munich to final in Berlin. The whole team are very personable and can not thank them enough. I watched 8 games all over Germany and everything was organised for me including tickets and tours. Hotel selection was great and I had an amazing time. I highly recommend them and will be going to World cup with them in 2026”

Jason Ryan — Australia - 2024 Euro

“WofDi is a company you can trust and feel comfortable asking for anything to make your experience better. I just traveled to the 2022 World Cup with them and it was a blast. Everything nicely coordinated and great constant service and communication.”

Arturo Chaltelt — Mexico - World Cup 2022

“100% service and trust! Mike, Lina and Dina were amazing during our time in Qatar 2022! From the moment we arrived at the airport to the moment we were dropped off after a difficult connection, they were always right there for us, helping every step of the way. I will always recommend them to my friends! 💯 Service! When you’re 7,585 miles away from home and you have them by your side, you never feel alone!”

Flor Alba-King — Mexico - World Cup 2022

“Fue una muy buena experiencia, cumplieron bien con lo que ofrecieron y siempre estuvieron muy atentos a mis mensajes y necesidades. Seguro que volvere a contactar un viaje con World of Discoverys y recomendare a mis amigos para sus siguientes viajes.”

Guillermo Diaz — Mexico - 2024 Euro

“Excellent trip to Euros24 in Cologne to watch the final England group game. WofDi were extremely helpful throughout the entire trip, delivered all the required elements (airport transfers, hotel & match tickets) and were on-hand throughout to answer questions. Definitely use again.”

KShone — UK - Euro 2024

“International Football Tournament 2024 Can’t recommend WORLD OF DISCOVERIES highly enough. My daughter and I joined them in Munich before travelling to Cologne, then Berlin. From the moment we arrived in Munich, it was the full 5-star experience. They took care of every aspect of the trip — from transport to tours and activities. Varya and Mike instantly made you feel welcome and included, like lifelong friends; their chemistry and enthusiasm really do make all the difference. They have built an amazing team around them who are totally committed to making your trip the very best it can be. I will definitely use them again in the future.”

Gaz Roulston — 2024 Euro

“A football tour with so much more. I have just completed a great tour with World of Discoveries in Germany and Austria. The main aim of the trip was for my husband to watch Scotland play in a major international football tournament. However, this trip was about so much more than just the football. Of course, the WOFDI team organized great hotels and tickets for Bill to join the crazy Tartan Army and watch its team in Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart. But the highlights for me were visits to mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle Neuschwanstein in Bavaria; the James Bond Elements museum, perched 3000m high up in the Austrian Alps; a stay at the incredible Aqua Dome resort in the Austrian Tyrol; and a superb wine tasting evening with a great group of travelers at Schloss Lieser hotel on the Moselle River. What a trip, what an experience.”

Marie Watt — 2024 Euro

“Great trip all round. I booked not knowing what I was going to get, a little sceptical and apprehensive due to never using these guys before. I could not have been more wrong — the service has been great and the tour has also been great. Mike the tour guide and the girls in the office are 5 star. I even had a disaster and left my passports in the hotel safe in one city, and Mike and the team could not do enough to help me get them back. Really appreciate your professionalism and kindness. Will see you at the next international football event?”

Terry O'Connell — 2024 Euro

“We had some issues with our entry authorization, and the agency supported us the entire time, ensuring we could get into the stadium. Our manager was incredibly kind and very responsible, always ready to help us at any moment.”

Rene & Patricia Aguirre Olivares — Mexico — World Cup 2022

“Very professional people who made our stay truly great. Everything we received — hotel, transfers, and tours — matched exactly what was promised. I would definitely choose WOFDI again for the next World Cup 2026. Vamos Argentina!!!!!! Thank you.”

Carlos B & Family — Argentina — World Cup 2022

“We travelled to Russia for the World Cup in 2018 to follow the Australian Socceroos with World of Discoveries. We had the most fantastic time in an amazing country visiting 5 cities and attending all 3 Socceroos pool games. All travel, accommodation, sightseeing and pre and post game entertainment was organised expertly by the team at World of Discoveries, all travel was coordinated extremely well including airport transfers to and from hotels. Not knowing what to expect in Russia we were pleased with the standard of our accommodation, the locations were excellent and the standard of hotel was great. The great team from World of Discoveries looked after our every need and are to be congratulated for their level of commitment to ensuring our Russian experience was the very best. Thank you all.”

Robyn & Chris Haynes — Australia - World Cup 2018

“Varya and her team made everything run smoothly. We had World Cup tickets already purchased but could not marry with accommodation. Varya came up with an itinerary that included flights, transfers and hotels, supported by 24-hour help, which was tested on several occasions. We have no hesitation in recommending WofDi, and foresee using their services again. Thank you so much for so much.”

Karen Stowell — Australia - World Cup 2022, Qatar

“World Cup - Qatar Prior to our trip to the World Cup to Qatar, we were given helpful advice to plan the trip with staff of World of Discoveries (Wofdi). The Trip was very organized with good ground support and did not have any problems. The Wofdi was always just a ""what app"" away which was comforting and helpful Aubrey and Marilyn DeSouza”

Aubrey DeSouza — Australia - World Cup 2022, Qatar

“Qatar World Cup experience was awesome, I travelled in 2018 with Varya and the team with my dad, this time around took my cousin and both times the team went above and beyond expectations. Thank you to the World of Discoveries team. Looking forward to USA, Mexico, Canada or even potentially Asian Cup in Qatar.”

Michael Morcos — Australia - World Cup 2022, Qatar

“We had an amazing experience in New Zealand! Everything is tailored to what we want and like! After a short conversation Varya knew exactly what to offer! FAQ

USA at the 2027 Women's World Cup: your questions answered

Booking with us

Can I trust World of Discoveries?
We have been running travel packages for major sporting events since 2016, with 6,000+ soccer fans to date. We took fans to the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. We are IATA certified (#96861903) and an accredited i.s.t.a.a member, and rated 4.9 on Trustpilot.
Can we choose our own matches, and do you create custom itineraries?
Yes to both. Tell us which matches and cities you want to follow, and how you like to travel, and we build a tailored itinerary around them rather than fitting you into a fixed package.
Can I book a Follow USA package before the USWNT has qualified?
Yes. You can book now, before the list of qualified teams is final. If the USWNT does not qualify for the tournament, you get a refund.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible. The best seating categories and hotels near the stadiums in Brazil sell out well before the tournament, especially for the semi-finals and the Final in Rio.
Do you offer hospitality for the 2027 Women's World Cup?
Yes, our own. Every package includes World of Discoveries hospitality: a welcome party with unlimited food and drinks, a farewell party on our longer packages, and guided city tours with local guides. It is our own program, separate from the tournament's official hospitality. Ask your travel planner for the details of each package.
What is included in a USA at the 2027 Women's World Cup package?
Hand-picked hotels, airport and stadium transfers, domestic flights between host cities, guided city tours, a welcome party, a day-by-day itinerary, English-speaking tour directors and 24/7 support in Brazil. International flights from the US can be added on request.
What happens if the USWNT is knocked out?
If the USWNT is knocked out, your package goes ahead as booked and is not refundable. Many fans stay on and enjoy the knockout rounds as neutrals.
Why book a Follow USA package now, before the draw?
To lock in your trip whatever happens at the draw. Once the draw is made, prices change. Book now and we guarantee the USWNT's three group matches in three host cities at today's price, so you have peace of mind and nothing to chase after the draw.
When will I know my seat location?
All tickets are electronic and sold by seating category. Your exact seat location is known as soon as the organizers upload the tickets, and we send it to you the moment it is released.
Can I book a hotel only?
Yes. If you already have match tickets, we can arrange hotels, transfers and domestic flights on their own.

Payment and cancellation

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You pay a 30% deposit upon confirmation, 40% due by December 1, 2026 and the remaining 30% due by March 1, 2027. All major credit cards are accepted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted.

Traveling in Brazil

Is Brazil safe for US visitors?
Most visitors have a trouble-free trip when they stay in well-chosen areas and avoid walking at night on unfamiliar streets. That is why every package uses vetted hotels in safe, central neighborhoods, door-to-door transfers and a local support team you can reach at any time.
How do we get between host cities?
By domestic flight. Brazil is huge: Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo is about an hour in the air, Rio to Fortaleza or Porto Alegre two to three hours. We book the flights and transfers and plan rest time around them.
Where should we stay in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo?
In Rio, Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon combine good hotels, beaches and easy access to the Maracanã. In São Paulo, Jardins, Itaim Bibi and Vila Madalena are central, walkable and well connected to the stadiums.
What currency and language are used in Brazil?
The currency is the Brazilian real (BRL) and the language is Portuguese. Credit cards are accepted almost everywhere; English is spoken in most hotels but less so elsewhere.
Do I need a visa to visit Brazil?
Yes. US citizens need an e-visa, applied for online before travel. Please check the current rules for your passport before you book.
What is the weather like in June and July?
June and July are winter in Brazil, but conditions vary widely by city. Rio and São Paulo are mild, often 64–79°F. Porto Alegre can be cold, sometimes below 50°F at night. Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza stay warm, around 77–86°F, with some rain.
Will someone help us on the ground?
Yes. A local support team is in Brazil throughout the tournament, reachable by phone or WhatsApp at any time during your trip.
When will the schedule by city be known?
After the final draw. The stage dates are already fixed; which matches are played in which host city is confirmed at the draw. Send an inquiry now and we will send you the USA's route as soon as it is out.
