Since 1922, Centre Court has been the heartbeat of Wimbledon. Capacity: 14,979 seats Centre Court is the main arena of The Championships, used only during the tournament. The court has a natural grass surface and a retractable roof, added in 2009 to allow play during rain and into the evening. Debenture seats are placed in the “Debenture Ring” — the first 14 rows of the Middle Tier — giving spectators some of the finest views and the comfort of shaded seating throughout the day.
Centre Court – Fine Dining Restaurant (Level 3)
Available exclusively to Centre Court Debenture holders, this elegant restaurant combines modern cuisine with Wimbledon tradition. Menus are designed by celebrated chefs, and guests can enjoy a three-course lunch followed by Afternoon Tea or Champagne Afternoon Tea, all served at private tables. A carefully curated wine list allows you to tailor the experience to your taste.
No.1 Court: Modern Tradition
No.1 Court combines the excitement of Wimbledon with a more contemporary feel. Since its opening in 1997 it has hosted dramatic clashes and fan-favourite matches, gaining a reputation for its vibrant atmosphere. The circular design draws the crowd close to the action, and since 2019 a retractable roof ensures play continues no matter the weather.
No.1 Court: Stadium Information
Capacity: 12,345 seats No.1 Court is Wimbledon’s second-largest stadium. It features a grass surface and a retractable roof, completed in 2019, allowing matches to proceed in all conditions. The bowl-shaped seating provides excellent sightlines from every angle. Debenture seats are located in prime areas, giving holders some of the best perspectives on the court and exclusive access to the No.1 Court Debenture Lounge.
No.1 Court – Renshaw Restaurant (Level 2)
This sought-after venue is open to both Centre Court and No.1 Court Debenture holders. Guests are welcomed with Champagne or Pimm’s on arrival and treated to a three-course lunch, complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks, and a classic Wimbledon Afternoon Tea.
