6 JulDay 1: Arrival & Welcome PartyTravel

Your Final week starts upon arrival. A greeter meets you at the airport and a private car takes you to your hotel. In the evening, join us at a historic London pub for our Welcome Party, featuring an open bar and canapés. Four years of waiting lead to one night at Wembley, with every conversation and toast focused on Sunday as London counts down with you.

7 JulDay 2: White Cliffs & Cathedral SpiresExcursion

Today, trade the city for the coast. By mid-morning, you're gliding along the Channel near the White Cliffs of Dover, with France visible. Lunch features classic English pub food at a beachfront 19th-century pub. In the afternoon, explore 1,400 years of history at Canterbury Cathedral, and on the way back, stop for a tasting at Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer. By evening, return to London.

Today you trade the city for the coast. By mid-morning you are skimming along the Channel beneath the White Cliffs of Dover, with France on the horizon on a clear day. Lunch is classic English pub food at a 19th-century pub right on the beach. In the afternoon, Canterbury Cathedral opens up 1,400 years of history, and on the way back you stop for a tasting at Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer. By evening, you are back in London.

8 JulDay 3: Free Day — London at Your PaceFree day

Welcome & Farewell Parties

Your week in London opens the proper way: in an iconic historic pub, with the bar open, the canapés coming and the room already buzzing about who will make the Final. Raise the first pint with your fellow travellers and swap predictions. After the Final, the celebration moves up to a rooftop above London. The bar stays open, the skyline is lit up, and together you relive every goal long into the night.

Transportation

Every transfer is arranged for you. A private car meets you at the airport and brings you back at the end of the week, timed to your flights. On all three match days, a coach takes the group from your hotel to Wembley Stadium and back, timed around kick-off. For the White Cliffs & Cathedral Spires excursion, a private coach covers the full day in Kent. No need to navigate routes or timetables.

Sightseeing adventures

Between match days, you see England beyond the stadium. Wembley Stadium - London

Capacity: 90,652. Wembley Stadium is football's spiritual home — an iconic venue renowned for hosting the World Cup Final in 1966 and countless European Championship nights since. Its distinctive arch is visible across London, and its cutting-edge facilities make it the natural stage for the 2028 Euro Cup Final, both semi-finals and a quarter-final. For any fan of the game, walking into Wembley is a bucket-list moment in itself.

This map shows an indicative layout of ticket categories at Wembley Stadium for the Final. VIP seats are at the centre of both long sides, in the lower tier and the middle tier directly above it. Category 1 seats run along the sidelines on either side of the VIP area and across the centre of the upper tier. Category 2 seats are in the corners, and Category 3 seats are behind the goals. The exact allocation of blocks, rows and categories will only be confirmed once official ticket sales open, and it may differ from this map.

White Cliffs of Dover

After a safety briefing, you board a rigid inflatable boat for an hour along the foot of the cliffs, at the narrowest point of the English Channel. You have views back towards Dover Castle and, on a clear day, France ahead. Waterproofs and life jackets are provided.

Historic Beachfront Pub, Kingsdown

This pub sits on the shingle with the cliffs as its backdrop and has served sailors and villagers since the 19th century. Lunch is classic English pub food, and you have a little time on the beach and terrace before moving on.

Canterbury Cathedral

Canterbury Cathedral is the mother church of the Church of England and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A guide takes you through its 1,400 years of history in an hour. You then have another hour to explore Canterbury's lanes, shops and cafés on your own.

Shepherd Neame, Faversham

Britain's oldest brewer is the last stop on the way home. You take a guided walk through the working brewery and the historic Old Brewery Store, followed by a tutored tasting of Kentish ales and speciality lagers.

London Explore Ticket

This single ticket, valid for 48 hours, covers open-top buses on three routes, guided walking tours, an evening sightseeing tour and a one-way Thames river cruise. You board at the stop nearest your hotel and step off wherever something catches your eye, whether that is Westminster, St Paul's or Tower Bridge.

High Tea with Champagne at sketch

Spend a slow afternoon at one of Mayfair's best-known addresses, surrounded by art-filled interiors. The service includes finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and jam, pastries and cakes, with a glass of champagne. Your group is seated in The Gallery, The Glade or The Parlour, and each room has its own design.

Thames Dinner Cruise

Over three hours on the river, you pass Parliament, the London Eye and Tower Bridge after dark. You are welcomed aboard with sparkling wine, then served a seated three-course dinner, with live music and dancing throughout the cruise.

Afternoon Tea on the London Eye

This is the most relaxed option on the list. You take a VIP capsule for two full rotations of the London Eye, with afternoon tea served as the city turns below you. Priority boarding and lounge access mean no queues, and you stay seated throughout.

Behind-the-Scenes Stadium Tour

A guided walk takes you through one of London's top-flight club stadiums, including the changing rooms, the players' tunnel, the pitchside area and the trophy cabinet. It is a different view of the game from the one you get at Wembley.

Black Cab Heritage Tour

Your driver-guide collects you from the hotel in a classic London black cab and takes you past the city's landmarks with running commentary. The route is flexible, there is no walking involved, and your group sets the pace.

A football tour with so much more. I have just completed a great tour with World of Discoveries in Germany and Austria. The main aim of the trip was for my husband to watch Scotland play in a major international football tournament. However, this trip was about so much more than just the football. Of course, the WOFDI team organized great hotels and tickets for Bill to join the crazy Tartan Army and watch its team in Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart. But the highlights for me were visits to mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle Neuschwanstein in Bavaria; the James Bond Elements museum, perched 3000m high up in the Austrian Alps; a stay at the incredible Aqua Dome resort in the Austrian Tyrol; and a superb wine tasting evening with a great group of travelers at Schloss Lieser hotel on the Moselle River. What a trip, what an experience.

Great trip all round. I booked not knowing what I was going to get, a little sceptical and apprehensive due to never using these guys before. Trip of a Lifetime that exceeded my expectations I have just completed a 2 week, 5 city, 6 game tour of the Euro 2024 in Germany. World of Discoveries discussed my idea and goals of this trip in advance with me and developed an end-to-end vacation for me that was a trip of a lifetime! All I had to do was get to Germany. After that I simply followed the provided detailed itinerary. The pre-booked hotels were well-chosen, the intercity trains worked perfectly, and the game tickets that World of Discovery procured for me were absolutely spectacular. There is no way that I could have acquired these tickets on my own, especially coming from North America. German citizens were only able to acquire tickets to these games via a lottery. We met people who simply could not get tickets and we met others who maybe had one in their home city. We went to 6 games of the teams we were interested in and World of Discoveries basically put us next to the pitch for every game. Better than I ever expected. There were no surprises. Once a train we were expected to take was cancelled by Deutche Bahn. WOD, a day in advance, alerted me to this fact, before I even knew, and provided me with new tickets and a revised itinerary. Gulina, Sofia, and Alex all had a role in making my trip an amazing experience. If I had any concerns about ticket delivery they responded instantly, every time. I will turn to this company every time I have a trip of serious magnitude, especially one that requires country specific knowledge, internal contacts, and complex travel.
