EURO 2024

A football tour with so much more. I have just completed a great tour with World of Discoveries in Germany and Austria. The main aim of the trip was for my husband to watch Scotland play in a major international football tournament. However, this trip was about so much more than just the football. Of course, the WOFDI team organized great hotels and tickets for Bill to join the crazy Tartan Army and watch its team in Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart. But the highlights for me were visits to mad King Ludwig’s fairytale castle Neuschwanstein in Bavaria; the James Bond Elements museum, perched 3000m high up in the Austrian Alps; a stay at the incredible Aqua Dome resort in the Austrian Tyrol; and a superb wine tasting evening with a great group of travelers at Schloss Lieser hotel on the Moselle River. What a trip, what an experience.

WC 2018

Thank you to Varya and her team for organising our trip to Russia in June 2018. Before the trip, Alex was our main contact. He was very responsive to all our needs and developed a bespoke itinerary for us. Our trip took almost 2 months of planning — thank you, Alex, for being so patient. During the trip, Varya had a team of dedicated consultants working 24 hours a day to ensure we were where we needed to be and safe. What was particularly impressive was that every transfer was taken care of, and her team rang the drivers to confirm we had been picked up. Australia - World Cup 2018

I can't wait for Qatar with World of Discoveries. I went to the Russia World Cup with them in 2018 and loved it. It was really well planned with all the transfers and tickets and our tour guides were fantastic, they went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time which isn't always easy with so many people and different nationalities, but the social events, sightseeing and activities were so much fun.
